(More customer reviews)I've owned this product for a little over a year and haven't had any problems with it. It's big enough to hold a bag of popcorn or a large dinner plate, although sometimes larger, square items catch on a side and don't rotate due to the smaller size of this unit. The only thing I don't like is that, as another reviewer mentioned, the interface is different than other microwaves -- instead of entering the time and pushing "start" you have to push the "power" button, then enter the time. (To adjust power, you need to keep pressing the power button to get the level you want). The automatic defrost, frozen vegetable, and beverage functions work well also.
