(More customer reviews)I got one last week.Small booklet of instructions and recipes is a joke.The Pasta Boat can only cook 4 cups of pasta at a time. That means a normal 16oz. box of pasta will take you approx. 1 hour to cook because you have to do it in two batches. The only lasagna instructions is 15 noodles, 18 minutes. Gee, how did they get 15 noodles to fit?Mine only holds 9...standing on the side.The picture on the box shows lasagna noodles laying flat. Impossible!No manicotti or giant stuffed shell instructions.
And they don't tell you what microwave wattage they used. You have nothing to compare against. 4 cups of pasta and 27 minutes cooking time don't mean anything other than taking a chance of over/under cooking on your first attempt.
And the booklet itself mentions two websites to go to for additional instructions, warnings, recipes. Right.
One web site doesn't work, the other takes you back to order another Pasta Boat.Tried contacting the company, there "Contact Company" button doesn't work.
